Log in to your account at novera.vip and go to My Account → Subscriptions.

Select your active subscription and click Cancel Subscription.

Alternatively, email info@novera.vip and we will cancel your subscription within 1 business day.

You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before your next billing date. Orders already processed cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Your subscription discount (20% off) applies only while the subscription is active.

You can pause or skip a delivery instead of cancelling — contact us at info@novera.vip.
